On April 23rd, our library director, Beth Duttlinger, will
be distributing 20 copies the Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins at the
Princeville HS softball and baseball games.
She’s hoping to find new readers for
the book that has inspired the current #1 movie in America.
Another
Princeville resident, Jennifer Jacobsen-Wood, will be distributing Bel Canto
by Anne Patchett. Jennifer is planning
on distributing her copies at the Princeville Park Gazebo from 5-8pm on April
23rd. Bel Canto won
both the PEN/Faulkner Award and the Orange Prize in 2002 and was a finalist for
the National Book Critics Circle Award.
